If a card isn't the condition we listed, email us within 14 days for a refund. Reply to your order email with your order number and a clear photo of the card.

What we do

Once we have looked, we refund the card to the way you paid. If the card needs to come back to us, we tell you how before you send anything.

Good to know

• Condition grades are NM, LP, MP, HP and DMG, as shown on each card page.
• Untracked letter mail that goes missing can't be traced. Choose tracked if that worries you.
• Pickup orders can be checked on the spot at the handoff.
